Low Pressure Diecasting The aluminium alloy wheels are casted by the low-pressure diecasting method in Cevher Alloy Wheels . The holding furnace of the low-pressure diecasting machine is pressure-tight and is filled with aluminium alloy which supplied by melting station. The pressure of the gas which forces the molten metal into the die is 1-1.3 bar. The current product size range is between 13 - 20 inches.

Heat  Treatment The aluminium alloy wheels which casted from the AlSi 7 Mg alloy undergo heat treatment to improve their physical characteristics.

Machining Cevher Alloy Wheels machining park have vertical/horizantal CNC lathes and machining centers. Also for deburring , brush machines are used.

PaintshopThe suface treatment is  automatic system in Cevher Alloy Wheels. In the paint shop there are several stages; pre-treatment, powder coating, wet coating and the clear varnish.
